The Content of a Notice
A notice must contain:
- • The personal data being sought.
- • The specific purpose of processing.
- • The manner in which the Data Principal can exercise their rights.
- • The manner in which the Data Principal can complain to the Data Protection Board.
The notice must be available in English and the languages listed in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution (like Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc.) if the business serves those populations.
